What I've enjoyed most, though, is meeting people who have a real interest in food and sharing ideas with them. Good food is a global and amazing thing.
We're all moving at such a high rate that we have to grab the frozen dinners, we can't make it a way of life. We have to get back to real, simple, clean good foods.
I don't like food that's too carefully arranged; it makes me think that the chef is spending too much time arranging and not enough time cooking.
